I discussed the importance of understanding the physical and psychological aspects of anxiety and the role of neurotransmitters like serotonin and GABA in regulating our mood and nervous system. I emphasized the significance of recognizing the interconnectedness between our physical health and mental well-being.

One of the key takeaways from this episode is my recommendation of the "sigh" technique for managing anxiety in the moment. I explain how to use this technique and discuss how it can significantly decrease physical symptoms of anxiety and regulate the nervous system.
